What is the minimum order quantity?
There's no fixed cutoff — we work with teams of all sizes. Full custom production (your own motif, your own fabric spec) typically works best from around 200 pieces, but smaller teams are very welcome to reach out. We'll recommend the best fit, whether that's a smaller custom run or our ready-to-wear collection for a faster turnaround.
How long does a custom order take?
Around 100 days end to end for a standard 200-piece order: 14 days consultation, 20 days sampling, 10 days size confirmation, 50 days production, 5 days QC, and 1 day to pack and ship. Larger volumes or specialty fabrics can shift the schedule, and we confirm dates in writing at the consultation stage.
Can we use our own motif or corporate colours?
Yes. We can design an exclusive motif around your brand, or adapt one of our 1,000+ existing patterns into your corporate colours. You approve the artwork before sampling.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
We currently export to Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines, and can quote other destinations on request.
Can we see a sample before committing to full production?
Always. Sampling is a formal step in the process — you receive a real garment to check material, stitching, and fit before we start the main run.
Can we revise the design before production?
Yes. You'll review and approve the artwork at the consultation stage, and also on the physical sample, before we move into main production. So there are no surprises once production starts.
