For Orders in Indonesia:

  • Orders are processed daily (Monday–Sunday) from 08:00 – 17:00 WIB (GMT+7). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next business day.
  • Shipping is handled by courier partners of Mandalas. Estimated delivery times follow the courier’s standard service terms.
  • Customers will receive a tracking number once the order has been dispatched.
  • The risk of loss or damage during transit lies with the courier. Mandalas will assist with tracking, but not responsible for delays, loss, or failed deliveries caused by third-party couriers.

For International Shipment:

  • Duties, taxes, and other import fees are customers' responsibilities.
  • Mandalas will provide invoice and other supporting documents needed, please reach out to our customer service via Whatsapp for more prompt response or email if you need help.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return or refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery, based on the official courier record.
  • Mandalas will cover return shipping costs for confirmed manufacturing defects, and customers must provide a complete unboxing video as valid proof.
  • For size exchanges, all shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Items eligible for return or exchange must meet the following conditions:
  1. Unworn, unwashed, and free of odors
  2. Original tags and packaging intact
  3. No stains, damage, or signs of use
  • Requests can be submitted via Mandalas’ official WhatsApp at +62 896-1867-1695.
  • Mandalas reserves the right to decline any return or exchange that does not meet the above conditions.
