6. Defective Products – If the product has a manufacturing defect, Mandalas will cover the return shipping and reshipping costs.
7. Unboxing Video Required – A complete unboxing video from the moment the package is opened is REQUIRED. Returns can only be processed within 3 days of receiving the package.
