Packing & delivery within Indonesia

• We pack every day (Mon–Sun). Regular orders are ready to leave within 1–2 days of payment confirmation. Collection follows the courier's schedule, and some couriers don't collect on weekends or public holidays.
• Couriers: regular via JNE, Anteraja and Paxel. Instant and same-day in Jabodetabek via GoSend, Grab and Lalamove. Order same-day before 14.00 WIB and instant before 18.00 WIB.
• Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
• Regular delivery estimates (from dispatch): Jabodetabek 1–2 working days · Java 2–4 · Outside Java 3–7.

International shipping

• We ship worldwide with JNE International and Rayspeed. Delivery typically takes 5–14 working days from dispatch, depending on destination and customs.
• Rates are calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes and customs charges are paid by the recipient.
• Size exchanges and refunds aren't available yet for international orders, so please check the size chart and message us for sizing help before you buy.

For every order

• Tracking number is emailed once your parcel ships. Nothing within 3 working days? Contact us.
• Your order is our responsibility until it reaches your address. If it's delayed, lost or damaged, contact us and we'll handle the courier. Report damaged or missing items within 3 working days of delivery.
• Weather, natural disasters, transport disruption, peak season, holidays or customs checks can extend delivery times. We'll keep you updated.
• Incomplete or incorrect address and the parcel comes back? The cost of resending is charged to the customer.
• Online payment only, no cash on delivery.

Orders within Indonesia

• Applies to orders placed on wearemandalas.com and delivered to an address in Indonesia.
• Free Size Exchange. We cover regular shipping both ways. No review or rating required.
• Size out of stock? Swap for another product. Pay the difference, or we refund it.
• 100% Money-Back Guarantee. Any reason, no questions asked. Refunded by manual bank transfer for the amount you paid, within 7 days of us receiving and checking the item.
• Window: 3 working days from the day the courier marks your parcel delivered.
• Conditions: hangtag attached; unworn and unwashed; original packaging; free of perfume, stains or damage after delivery; order confirmation screenshot.
• Not included: clearance/final-sale items (for size exchange and change-of-mind refunds), gift cards, custom and corporate orders.
• Prefer express, instant or same-day? You just pay the difference above the regular rate.

International orders

• Size exchanges and change-of-mind refunds aren't available yet for orders delivered outside Indonesia, as we don't have international return logistics in place.
• Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are still covered.

• Damaged, defective, wrong or missing items are always covered, clearance included. Include an unboxing video, or photos if you don't have one. Size exchanges and change-of-mind refunds don't need a video.
