  • Pengiriman dilakukan melalui jasa kurir yang bekerja sama dengan Mandalas. Estimasi waktu pengiriman mengikuti ketentuan pihak kurir.
  • Pelanggan akan menerima nomor resi (shipping tracking number) setelah pesanan dikirim.
  • Risiko kehilangan atau kerusakan selama pengiriman menjadi tanggung jawab jasa kurir. Mandalas akan membantu proses pelacakan namun tidak bertanggung jawab atas keterlambatan atau kegagalan pengiriman yang disebabkan oleh pihak ketiga.

  • Pengajuan retur/pengembalian produk hanya dapat dilakukan maksimal 7 hari kalender sejak tanggal produk diterima, berdasarkan catatan resmi pihak kurir.

  • Mandalas akan menanggung penuh biaya retur apabila terbukti terdapat cacat produksi, dengan syarat Pelanggan menyediakan video unboxing lengkap sebagai bukti valid.

  • Untuk permintaan penukaran ukuran, biaya pengiriman sepenuhnya menjadi tanggung jawab Pelanggan.

  • Produk yang dapat dikembalikan/ditukar harus dalam kondisi:
  1. Belum digunakan, belum dicuci, dan tidak berbau.
  2. Label dan kemasan asli masih utuh.
  3. Tidak terdapat noda, sobekan, atau kerusakan akibat penggunaan.
